Return Policy

We at Glam Edge hope you like your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for store credit or a refund subject to the conditions below. Your item(s) can be returned within 3 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unaltered, unwashed, tag and label still attached, in their original condition.

If you wish to exchange your item, we can offer an exchange in the form of store credit. Where applicable, promotional codes or valid offers applied on orders will be honoured for store credit. Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any sticker bra, earrings or accessories due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that store credit expires 3 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact Glam Edge Customer Care prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty by our garment department.

Exchange and refund does not applicable when the reasons as below:

  1. Item size varied in ±3cm
  2. Opinions on quality / design / colour

Reasons above will be not be entertained.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the product do have any defects, we only will refund the product actual value and does not include the original shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Wrongly Order Product (not applicable)

Wrongly Order Product or Accidentally Order Product reason will not be entertained. Customer is responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@glamedge.co and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM200, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
